Nous had spent much of their life believing the best in people and trusting that they would do what was right.

However, as they grew older, Nous learned never to trust people over money.

They saw first-hand how the world was evil, where money changed peoples' intentions from good to bad.
People were willing to overlook morality for a quick buck and put themselves before others in pursuit of financial gain.

This made Nous realize that money can be a compelling force - but it doesn't always bring out the best in people.

He thought he knew it all; that common sense was merely a given. But when his practical joke went too far, he saw that maybe common sense wasn't as common as he thought.

He realized the potential consequences of his actions and reflected on why anyone would do something so foolish.
As remorse swept over him, it became clear that understanding good judgment is much more than knowing - sometimes, feeling sympathy for others can go a long way.

Understanding this lesson will make sure not to repeat the same mistake in the future.
